I hovered my mouse for a second over an icon next to a thread on the new post page and the pop up says: "tisket has mutton chops"

I don't even know what that means but it made me laugh a lot. Curious now I hovered my mouse over a few of those icons in other places and it says the same thing. WTF. Is this something that, once again, everyone else knows about except me? What's causing it and most importantly, how do I do the same thing to others (looking at you SR).

Also, I have no facial hair so saying someone has "mutton chops" is a euphemism?

This kind of profound PC mystery will keep me awake tonight.

That icon is to show tags people have put on the thread. Scroll all the way down to the bottom, below the box you'd type a reply in, and you'll find a section that says "Tags for this Thread" with a box to the right giving you an option to add/edit tags. Congratulations, you may now slander SR's character and parentage in any thread you like, as long as it's 25 characters or less.
