1x to 4x enchant

I'm looking to find an enchanter for a set of leathers from 1x to 4x. Please let me know know how long and how much you are asking.

Also, the leathers have an enhansive in them, so I dunno if that's possible

Enhancives require specific pre-temper potions, so it would be much more expensive(unless they can make them) and you would want an older wizard.
