I thought it was pretty good. Not as good as the second, obviously, but definitely on par with the first. Late...late night. I feel for the poor bastards in CO.

I saw the movie, and I had a lot of gripes about it, but I'm quite honestly sickened by what happened in CO so I'm probably gonna hold off on talking about the movie until later.

The movie is fantastic. It's not perfect, like at times when Bane is speaking, but it's a good movie. I thought it was solid right up until the end, unlike the Dark Knight which fell apart in the last act.

I actually enjoyed the character Bane. I've no idea how he was portrayed in the comics and I didn't particularly care for the version in the old Batman movie.

Didn't care for it much at all, but I'd been looking forward to this since TDK so I had high hopes that were probably unrealistic. I found Catwoman to be a superfluous role that took away from Batman himself when her role could have been filled by any anonymous thief/thug/henchman. Robin's story line was also a detraction for me, adding only a level of comic book cheesiness that I abhorred in the films previous to this trilogy. Finally, I felt that the character Bane deserved much more time and development than the two brief back story explanations that he received. Had they cut Robin and Catwoman's story lines, there would have been time for more Batman and Bane. Disappointed.

Oddly, I think I'd have liked some pre mask Bane. It's tough to convey emotion with a mask on. I think "Robin" should've been more "Nightwing" and I agree it distracted. I had not one qualm with Catwoman, apart from her unexplained female friend.
I still liked it similar to 1.

Fallen, I liked Bane, just thought his dialogue was a bit tough to understand at times. I don't think I clearly heard ever word spoken by Bane, but I always had an idea of what he was saying.
Watching him beat the shit out of an arrogant batman was one of the coolest movie moments ever for me.
Certainly there are moments in this movie where you have to suspend disbelief, but I never felt like those moments ruined or detracted from the film like in Prometheus.

Which is perfect for Bane because...it's Bane.

This! I wanted to yell at the screen "Use your words Bane!". It was really annoying. Other than that it was fairly enjoyable, but I tried not to have too high expectations for it. I kind of felt like no matter what they did they wouldn't be able to top the performances of Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart in the second movie.

loved it, I thought it was consistent throughout. Cillian Murphy made me smile and Anne Hathaway did a great job.

I didn't have any trouble understanding Bane, but I could see that being an issue for some. I agree it was great to see someone manhandle batman too.
They could of just pulled the plug on John Blake and made him Tim Drake, imo.
Although, I thought the movie was very very amazing. The Alfred moments crushed me--especially at the end. It was difficult to hear Bane in some moments. Give him a mic at the stadium and all I heard was , "WAdwnjfdsn GOTHAM vfdnsfnjs BURN fnrhfnsedbs ASH." But I still enjoyed it. Going to see it again next week.

I'd have to rate it as a tad higher than the 1st one. I liked it but I was disappointed. The one resounding thought that I still have about the movie is that the two aspects I thought were going to be poorly executed (Bane and Catwoman) were two parts of the movie that I enjoyed.
I felt the movie had way too many arcs. The movie was too diluted for my liking. I expected a little more out of Batman.

The first of the three is still my favorite. Ninjas and Liam Neeson, can't beat that.

I viewed it as the successor to Batman Begins. It also didn't have the boring/tedious portions that TDK had. I thought that it had a cohesive story and at nearly 3 hours the story kept moving, unlike TDK. This was the last hurrah and I wasn't disappointed.
Besides the Joker, which people lump the character into Ledgers portrayal it's hard to top, but the movie in many ways was a superior script than TDK. People may not like it better, but it was written better.
Hathaway was good. I always like Gordon-Levitt. People cheered both of their ah ha moments in the theater.
