a faenor-scaled antique golvern shield
This shield bears an interesting design reminiscent of a dragon's tail coiled around a buckler. It is actually a single piece of golvern, carefully grooved and coated with tiny faenor scales to give that appearance. Each scale is etched with a single elven rune, though close observation reveals that no two bear the same markings. A moonglae opal disk has been set in the center and embossed with a faenor dragon coiled around a slit-pupiled eye, its tail molding into the form of the shield. You also notice a small enchanter's mark.
(+50, 58/225, 10 lbs, medium shield, altered golvern embossed)
20 mil
some archaic faenor-scaled leathers
Layers of elven-forged faenor scales coat the leather padding of this fine armor in a pattern reminiscent of a dragon's hide. Each individual scale is a masterpiece in itself while flowing into the others to form a sturdy armor which offers both ample protection and ease of movement. Engraved upon each scale is a single ancient elven rune, though closer inspection reveals that no two scales bear the same markings.
(+40 double leather, 35/120, 15 lbs)
10 mil
a faenor-scaled spidersilk poet shirt
Constructed of soft, verdant green spidersilk, the elegantly ruffled poet shirt is coated in a thin layer of intricately forged faenor scales. Upon closer inspection of the scales, tiny elven runes can be seen on each, though no two bear the same markings. Seven glistening vaalorn buttons, each etched with the sigil of one of the elven houses, fasten the garment. Set over the right breast is the embossed image of a majestic faenor dragon coiled protectively around a slit-pupiled eye.
(altered doeskin vest, weighs less than 2, holds 60, pin worn)
3 mil
a faenor-scaled spidersilk rune kit
Lengths of vibrant olivine spidersilk have been carefully sewn together and coated with a layer of intricately worked faenor scales to form a stylish and functional kit. A miniscule Faendryl rune can be found etched on each scale, though no two bear identical markings. Dozens of pockets, each obviously meant to hold a different rune-crafting tool, have been sewn inside the kit. A polished vaalorn disk, embossed with a majestic faenor dragon coiled around a slit-pupiled eye, serves as a clasp.
(weights 2 or less (can't quite remember) holds a large amount)
1 mil
a shadowy black spidersilk coin purse
Expertly stitched from bolts of the finest spidersilk, each a varying hue of ebony, this coin purse is reminiscent of the coming shadows of twilight. A thin leather drawstring, woven through with bits of antique silver thread, holds the purse closed while keeping it securely tied to the wearer's belt. The only discernable detail on the outer surface is the embossed image of an antique silver lance piercing the veil of darkness over a single star-cut diamond.
(weighs less than 2, holds ~50)
