I believe you can buy a 4x katana off the shelf in Illistim. Or Vaalor, I can't remember which. I think they're around 900k, depending on racial bias.

Near illistim, the hut between illi and zul. Sabizki only works for friends, so you have to do him a small favor, but after that he'll make lots of erithi weapons for you.

Just wanted to chime in and let you know that if you can find Ftor he has a 4x(pretty sure) fusion(2 slots) katana.
