I'd get it enchanted further as an investment since you don't see a lot of fusion lances. Who knows what EG will bring so you could even sell it now as 4x and make quick money. Don't see a lot and the polearm market seems to be doing very well.

They're mage enchantable, I believe they require special potions though?

special potions and you'd want to be damn near capped before attempting fusion projects
