Can this still be use to raise the dead?
Can a non cleric wave a chrism on a dead, then using a 308 scroll, then pour the porter to raise the dead?

Only a cleric can use a chrism on a corpse. I believe so long as you 308 first you can use this though.

ah ok, thanks for the info, other than can't use the chrism, a 3 sip porter at 50k, it's cheaper than going to Nagrek at 30k+...

That doesn't make sense, you're using a "potion" in theory to raise the dead. There "shouldn't" be any necessary soul linking required because the potion is raising the dead, not the person pouring the potion.

Who knows if it even works.

Ever since 308 became a requirement for raising I have heard it was needed.

I have a flagon of this on me.
3 important things,

yes a 308 scroll must be used first,

you have to have the spiritual control to use this like any cleric would have to have (I have 24 ranks and never had an issue) or pouring the potion can kill or wound you like any cleric,

and this potion ONLY works on Teras.
