has the bloom glyph on it. Shoulder worn, VLA, weighs 20 lbs for whatever reason. Still able to be lightened/deepened. Any idea?

Just a really old item. They were sold at some merchant in the 90's. Nothing special about them.

You may want to find out the specific capacity for a better appraisal. If it can only hold like 100lbs, I can't imagine it being worth more than what the pawnshop would give. 20lbs for a container is freaking heavy.
