What are people's feelings about what "Wow!" was? I've heard it was probably an satellite transmitting on the wrong band, but I'd love to believe it was a crazy-advanced space ship that was radioing a non-directional mayday at 2.2 Gigawatts (explaining why any attempts to get another signal from there have failed).
