Not sure anyone else is watching this but it's been a pretty entertaining tournament so far. Unfortunately we no longer have a chance to see the all-PIGS group of debt in the semis with Portugal, Greece, Italy and Spain but we may still get three of them plus their benefactor Germany, who handed Greece an austere defeat.

I've watched every game so far. Pretty good tournament. I was hoping Croatia could be an upset. Spain still looks pretty good without Villa and Puyol, but I think England or the Frogs have the potential to win. Nasri and Ribery have been magical.

France does look good. Also classic Germany dominating all the early games to become the favorites and then inevitably losing in the semis or finals.

I've been catching games when I can, and it's been an entertaining tournament. Looking forward to the England/Italy game in particular, but I'm a Germany supporter in the end.

France have been shit and deservedly dumped out by the Spanish.
Germany v Spain in the final. Germany because they have been on fire. Spain because they are still winning at less than their best.

Spain v. Germany

Spain ftw. They have been fairly weak on the attack without Villa but I think they'll still win. They should bench Fernando Torres though, jeezus. Get Pedro, Fabregas, Xavi and Iniesta in there all at the same time and let them play seamless Barcelona football and they'll take care of it.

I will be forced to crawl out of my sickbed and slaughter an innocent township if Spain inexplicably loses to Portugal.

I like Portugal but I hate Ronaldo. Hope he gets a red card in the second minute

Don't forget Germany has never beaten Italy in the World Cup or Euro Cup.

Although they are definitely the better side.

What a game. I loved watching Ronaldo whine. Spain should have had that game many times, which makes me nervous playing Germany.....

Good game but the scoreline was not a fair reflection of what Italy brought to this final.
