I couldn't find it anywhere... I was wondering if 305 was refreshable and if it is possible to keep a body kept for an indefinite period of time.

It's not refreshable. Casting it on a corpse which is already kept will do nothing. You have to wait for it to drop first. Since you have the buffer of the original decay timer, though, you have plenty of time to do so.

The corpse can also UNLINK CONFIRM (I think that's the syntax) the Life Keep and decay regardless of your efforts.
