Going rates are probably around 5200-6600 coins/point. Although going rate implies that people are selling any! :)

Last ones I sold were for 8,000 per and based on the fact that I only hear people asking to buy and no one trying to sell, I would ask for more, but that's only me.

The price per point varies widely, but most importantly on the size of the block. You probably wont find someone wanting to pay more than 5-6K/point for a thousand or two points... when you get up to a few thousand-6 or so thousand then you may get 6-8k depending on the market, and so forth. Large blocks = bigger ROI so to speak. You certainly would never be able to sell 600 points at 10K for a 6M sadie scroll (They run 2-3M on average it seems).... When you start getting up to an amount of points where you can add HCP to 4x+ armor you are talking about much more money for the points. Same with taking an item with weighting to 7x+. However, if someone is willing to pay retarded money for things then take it! :) Usually the market speaks for itself by posting your points and a MB of 1 coin. Just stipulate if it is an account takeover or if you will just be selling the points (you will need to have very good references in doing that or people just won't buy them. It's is super risky) Selling the account right out is the easiest and you'll see your silvers match up perfectly. I would advise against a BO, but if you have no buy out I wouldnt draw the sale out for 20 days either. Find a happy medium there.

I thought I would comment on the negative rep someone left me yesterday. ~~ Cool, you take advantage of people, good to know. ~~

I wasn't talking about a low quantity of PPs, I'm talking about big blocks. If something is rare, the price goes up, that's just market economics. In my opinion, the person who takes advantage of someone is the one who tries to buy 5,200 PP for 30m so that they can add 50m or more of Heavy Padding (that's probably a conservative estimate) to their 10x armor.
