Dual wand appraisal

What is the approximate value of a Minor Water/Major Shock dual wand? I'm trying to determine if my notion of its value is correct.

Uses per re-charge and charging length both make a pretty big difference, and they varry quite a lot too.

Appears to be 10 uses per day, shoots minor water and major shock at once, weighs under a pound.

Loresinging doesn't give much information on it.

Meh, it's on the lower end of the dual wands. Somewhere between 6-12.

They really dropped the uses per day on these from when they first came out.

I'd start the bidding at 10m.
