i rolled him up in 1999 & didn't really know i'll still be playing in 2012 at that time, should i fixstat him? fixstats = more training points right? is it really worth to blow a million bounty points for the points? stats shown is without any enhansives items...

Those stats don't look absolutely terrible.

If you're trading PTPs for MTPs, using a fixstat may give you some back. You can probably cap with what you have fairly easily and reassess then.
