If you're into turn based strategy I'd recommend anything from the Civ series. Civ iV is my all-time favorite, but Civ 5 is pretty cool in it's own way - definitely manageable with only the mouse.

Also if you want to get your "fantasy fix" Dragon Age Origins is an amazing game, and i'm fairly certain you can bind the run key to a mouse and pause all combat to give you more time to point and click commands.

Also, I don't know if you're into Diablo III - I played the beta and it was pretty click-tastic. Watch out though, you might end up breaking your index finger from all the clickin'.

Get ... Babylon, Spain, Inca, Mongol, Polynesia, Korea, Denmark ... and I forget what other extra Civilization add-ons. If you're using Steam, the SDK editor is beautiful for handcrafting scenarios. Marathon.

When I had my right hand in a cast from my motorcycle accident, I think I was still playing Gemstone with all the macros and shit...I am trying to remember what other games I played, but it definitely is a bitch playing or typing even when it's just your palm/hand/thumb in a cast while you have 4 other fingers free....

Total war series as well can be one handed. Perhaps not so much TW depending on your play the battles could be a little more difficult but not much.

TW and Civ are by far my favorites.

If you like 4x space games, Endless Space is in beta but you can download and play from Steam. I got it while it was in alpha and the beta is definitely a step up. It's time consuming and pretty enough. It can grow a touch monotonous but it's one handed and turn based instead of RTS, so it was much more my style. I've played a significant amount of time with it. Just got Diablo III, so it's backburnered for now.

Painkillers are so weird. I hate Vicodin too, I love Percocet, but some people are the reverse.

Percocets work better for me but at the same time they make me really itchy all over.

Some people respond that way to painkillers. Justin is the same way.

I like Vicodin and Percocet, but the last time I took Percocet I got so nauseous that I gave away the rest of my prescription. The best painkiller I've ever had though, is Dilaudid. Holy bajeebus was it good.

I am amenable to most pain killers that I have had. When I had my wisdom teeth out, I was staggering doses of vicodin to avoid any pain whatsoever... but I woke up shaking in the middle of the night and decided that was enough vicodin.

Thinking about that really irritates me that weed isn't legal. Never gave me the shakes. Only the munchies.
