How this works..
I will start bidding at the Buy Out price. I will then update the auction few times a day by lowering the price. Price will get continuously lower until some one says, "Ill take it!" That person will be the winner of the item and responsible for pickup within 24 hours before item is reauctioned. Simple as that.

Auction Price:450k!
