I sold a 4x plasma flaring runestaff back before 4x flaring runestaves were common for about 3 or 4m. But now since the two Hurdragof wagons from DMC, I'd expect that value to come down... However, plasma is uncommon in a flare. I'd say anywhere from 1.5-3, depending on certain factors.
