Persistent neckworn +3 Logic Stat / +2 Mana Recovery

As stated in the title... I know some people are really into LOG enhancives, but neckworn < pinworn. What should I expect to get for this?

being that its stat and not very much, I wouldnt expect anything over a million if that... could be wrong tho
