New sorcerer help

I have started a new sorcerer character with the intent of maximizing my low level hunting abilities.

I am using shield and ohe, and going for maximizing my CS, DS, AS, mana pool/regen.

Here are my current skills/stats, if you can guide me on how I can tweak things better please do, I am new at all this...

I feel like I am missing something since my CS is 53 at level 7, shouldn't it be over 60?

Reroll as any non-elven race. Early goings might be slightly more difficult, but the end result is awesome.

Lies, lies, nothing but lies. All sorcerer's should be dark elves. By being an infer.... errr superior race like a dark elf sorcerer keeps us from really being nerfed.
