Anyone have an up-to-date script time remover I have one called "dxwizard patchv1" and everytime I use it, it either gives me a fatal error or says permission denied when trying to install it, I'm using Windows ME.

to specify: I was putting the wizard on a laptop and I installed it and then applied the patch mentioned above. now everytime I run any script it gives me an error: Wizard has caused an error in <unknown> Wizard will now close. Anyone have any idea's?

I'd do a System Restore and not fuck it up next time. Same thing happened to me, and I did just what I suggested.

What do you mean fuck it up? Its a laptop with nothing on that isn't used by anyone. I even tried uninstalling everything and doing it again and it just does the same thing.

Download windows XP Pro and get rid of ME. Re-install wizard and patch. This will solve all your problems.

There are old versions of the script timer remover out there, and yes, they do indeed fuck up the Wizard no matter how you install it. It will give you an error any time you try to run a script. I don't have the link for the timer remover that works, but I'm sure someone here does.

I downloaded and ran this patch and my script timer still expires. Yes, it's in the right folder and no I wasn't in the game at the time.

If you're going to call me a dumbass or anything like that, don't even bother replying.

Why do you have to act like such an ass Bob? People come to the boards looking for help ... why be a tool to them? It doesn't encourage any new posters here if they are berated for asking for help. Grow up.
