Mana Flaring Runestaff

Alternatively, if anyone would be willing to let me borrow one for an hour one day, that would be awesome.

what are you wanting to know? they are found in boxes too... I did some testing on a +3 mana flaring one and it wasn't all that great sometimes back to back but not enough. Oddly they flare on regular spells like spelling yourself up. Obviously its a hidden roll because it can flare back to back for 10 spells later.

Yea, I basically want to know how often they flare...Would you say they flare equal to normal flares?
