An annoyed half-elf attending the cultural pageant in Solhaven nervously expressed concern about the newfound abilities, saying, "I'm excited," as he glanced anxiously over his shoulders.

They're trying... people used to complain about mech changes just being dumped ingame. Now they're sticking little IC references with it. Does it really hurt anything? You could just skip the IC part and browse for the change in the descrption text.
