Voln in Elven Nations

Well since the Voln for Dummies site as been gone for awhile now, I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the information it had, specifically for the EN.

I ask because I'm on my 16th step and just can't figure this one out. (that's how I found out Arkati.org shut down lol).

Here is what it says: You are to seek out the vine-covered stone altar in the field of wildflowers and there place a ring and a band as tokens of love. Show respect at the altar during your task.

Now, I found the altar, and placed a ring and band purchased from the jeweler's on the altar. From there I've tried kneeling, praying, and reciting a poem, and various combos of those actions as well. But i get nothing.

If you can shoot me a hint or a copy of the Voln for Dummies Elven Nations, it would be much appreciated.

As a 20yr old game, when looking for Gemstone information The Wayback Machine will be a good friend:

Go there and input www.arkati.org. The Wayback machine has cached copies of a great deal of the internet going back a number of years. I've found that you need to go back to the 2nd-to-last cache of Arkati.org in order to get clickable links. After that you can choose to save the cache'd pages to your computer so you don't have to go through the hassle next time.

16. Symbol of Submission

You need to honor Oleani once more for this step. Go to the Jewelry shop in town and purchase a band and ring. (I used wedding band and wedding ring) then Start at Amaranth gate by the guardman. Now, travel nw, nw, go bridge, nw, go trail, sw, w, w, sw, sw, go path, n, n, go building. Kneel, put the band and ring on the altar, then bow to complete the task. Thanks to Derezz.
