That is my old goblin stuff. That cloak was made by traveling merchant who you gave an item to and they made what they wanted with it. The person who they made it for hated it, so I bought it from them. It is an old item (12 years) I think the harness has a neat show. I want to say I had it made at anfelt. My one item that I have left is a goblin battle cloak.
