As I mentioned in another thread, I'm doing a guest blog on a book blog. I've written my article but I'd like to get someone to edit/proofread it and give some feedback before I send it off.

Any takers? Bueller? Bueller?

Edit: PM me your emails so I can send it to you, it's too long to fit in a PM!

How long is it? My wife is an excellent proof reader.

Also, what is the subject? I don't think I would be comfortable with her proofing "So, there is this really hot, and slightly older guy on this forum that I have a crush on"...

It's about the book 50 shades of grey.

I basically just completely tear it apart as being a horrible book, which was why my friend asked me to do the spot since among my circle I'm known for being a snarky bitch.

Also Latrin, will you PM me your email address?

I'll proof read it. I've been doing a ton of writing/proof reading in my department.

WHAT?!

I'll give it a read if you'd like, I proof tech docs which are SUPER EXCITING AND FUN but I do find gramatacericalishly errors.

My mom is a copy editor by trade.

Expect to pay 3.50 per page though.

So I googled 50 Shades of Grey. It's basically a Harlequin Romance?

It's worse, so much worse.

Can't wait to read the finished product. I enjoy your humor and I hated that book. Don't forget to post a link later.

That piece was spot on. Fucking forgot how annoying that author's ignorance of the Washington/Oregon geography and climate was.

Well done, Nikki.

I strongly considered correcting Lake Washington to Lake Michigan for the lolz.

I have been beyond busy, but I'll proofread it tonight if still needed.
