4x double leathers, temp. masterfully crit padded, a lot of charges.

Someone might pay a few hundred thousand for it just for novelty. Hell, I'd give you 350k just to have some invasion armor.

Unfortunately "a lot of charges" isn't really that many, which makes this armor not worth much. Most temp padded armors start out with an "incredible" number of charges, so either this is an oddity or it's been used quite a bit.
