+22 runestaves go for about 2-300k, the orb from +13 PF would probably fetch 5-600k ? I'd say a 500k mb would get some action. Maybe. Just my opinion.

Bard loresung value is helpful in determining some aspects of rechargeable-ness like giggler orbs and infused scrolls. I think.
