I attacked him when he wouldn't answer or stop, and that's when another character came around out of the blue and involved himself in our conflict. I cleaned up the log to shorten and remove travel time.

Maybe I didn't say it correctly, but Chivalrous has in-game knowledge of this guy, the thing ParkBandit mentioned about me pointing out the cleric was stupid, but I already said it was, if I could go back I'd not mention it.


I also wouldn't have killed him if I hadn't have actually seen him attack the empath, maybe it wasn't my fight but Chivalrous wouldn't just let that happen, he's attacked people much much older than him in the same situation even though I as a player knew he would get destroyed as soon as he swung.

"Next time I will attack in offensive stance" is talking about the mechanics of the game and considered out of character. Who the hell says that? I never heard Mike Tyson say "He's lucky I wasn't in offensive stance, or I would have killed him"

The correct in character form would be more like:

I have a younger character who hunts nymphs and that guy is always stealing her kills. She probably would have been grateful for his murder, although a little confused.

To be assassinated, the individual killed has to be a political leader or other public figure.

Kothrian was neither, so he was just plain old murdered.

Sorry for this massive bump but I figure it's better than making a new thread.

I knew the name sounded familiar. We're in the cul-de-sac and it was this horribly obvious set up. Guy in shadows insulted my name, Kothrian came to rescue and defended me and started complimenting me. Than Syb was like 'she's married' And the guy starts going "Oh you should be with a real man with a longsword" blah blah...
