Best bet is to order a custom one from a warrior in the guild. They lighten weapon weights by some amount and there's a lot of options. Pretty good bang for the buck.

For now? It's the way to go now and forever. 5 bundles of 24 arrows is lightened from 12.5lbs (at 2.5lbs each) to 2.5lbs (at 0.5lbs each).
