Assume whatever the pawnshop gives you.

damage padding on armor accessories is worth very little.

I suppose, as a complete set, you may find a warrior who cannot afford it otherwise willing to buy them.

Now the vacuum helm might have higher value because it'd help rift hunters a wee bit.

yeah this set was on my warrior that was wearing a metal breastplate and had enough redux that crit padding was not needed so i went for damage padding instead.

I don't know why you wouldn't just assume they're masterfully padded, I mean, when fish coming out of boxes could be x/day items, why not super padded accessories?
