Mine is +15 necromancy, they're a matching set, they want to be together.

It isn't one charge, it is a few charges, but ya, really low max charges, kinda lame, but still, its a nice enhancive.

I'd go 20m on it, which I think is a nice premium over the 500k per + lore enhancives typically go for.
