Not in a sense that you need a cleric.

You do not need a cleric to handle either of these.

I'd take the doomstones, I'd have no need for the quartz, and I think I could use them in alteration sneaky time (they work in automated auction alteration boxes if you own one... at least some of the restricted gems work).

That's just about gemshop value on the doomstones. I regularly get 20k each for them in my shop. Good buy for CRB. The oblivion quartz not quite so much, but still a pain to sell since you can bottle either one. Hence the premium price: shelf space ain't free ya know.
