That's the XP bonus thing they started. Read the Triple Experience thread down a little bit.... that's what it is.

That'd be interesting.

Someone might have said this already, but I really didn't read the rest of the posts do to the above comment...but the best thing about it is it only counts down when you have exp in your head. If you stop to RP, the timer does not keep ticking. It will still show you have the bonus though when you type EXP.
