Level 14 Erithian Bard with Fixskills and Stat changes, also comes with the Gift stat enhancer.

If you're a stat cruncher as well, Erithian bards have the best stat bonuses for Bards. With their Discipline and Influence bonus they have the capability to have the longest running bard songs before you have to renew.

I can't see how the stat gift will transfer if the account it's going to has already gotten a gift. It's by account, not by character.
