Hello. I am wondering what this is worth at 6x compared to 8x. I'm not selling it, but i am trying to figure out how much money I would lose by using PP to bring it to 8x. Any ideas?

It's probably worth 25-30 as it is, but I don't think its being 8x would increase the value to more than 40 or so.
