5x plasma-flaring faewood runestaff

what the title says. just found it recently. any ideas?

Hmmm, hard to say since over 300 flaring runestaves were sold at Hurdragof's Wagon this past weekend.

However, none were 5x or had plasma flares. I bet if you tossed it up for auction with a MB of 5M you'd find some folks happy to pay it.

So, 5M at the least
