Heavy backpacks are heavy, and not belt-worn. Large sacks, which are belt-worn, do not hold a large amount.

heavy backpacks hold very large, but weigh something like 20 pounds

Just as a side note-
When you're in a store that uses the new ORDER system, you can INSPECT and ANALYZE items in the menu. You just have to "inspect 1" and the like.
