minor fire/cold wand

So I won this at droughtman's today. It's a wand that does the minor ice type spell immediately followed by minor fire, and it would appear to be 10x per day. It does *not* set off the shattering flares on stone giants, which I understand is normal for the minor fire spell. The amount of MIU to use seems normal, though I can't say how much it takes as my sorcerer has 60 ranks. Any guess as to what I should start the bidding at?

I would start at 10m, I thought it'd be worth more but 10 charges per day is weak.

I paid 15m for one (different spells) that is 15 uses per day, and been offered over 20 for my 25 per day one.

It is also a little weaker in that it is both minor spell versions, my 25 per day include 111 (equiv to 908).

But they are really nice mana extenders for pures doubled in spell aiming, so I think you would be able to get 10 for it.

Anyone know how these wands recharge? Mine's been pretty damn confusing up to this point. It ran out earlier today, then seemingly recharged at least one or two charges in a few hours. Then I logged off for over 2 hours, came back, and its still empty...Confusing!
