Yes, but foraging imbedded magical items are worth even less than the BPs it would take to recharge it.

I don't get why all of the self-knowledge items so far have been restricted to elves? I can get the idea that perhaps it's an RP thing... but maybe stick to less supremely functional items for RP? Or better yet, spread it around a little? You know, one ring to rule them all... some for the elves, some for the dwarves some for the men, etc.

I got another ring much like this from DMC just now. Same descript, the show has a rose though instead of a leaf. Has several scripts relating to it being some kind of rulers ring. Biggest difference, is it has self knowledge unpoison, elf only as well. Any ideas as to it's value?

Yes, but it is a terribly small market. They're useful to any wizard dealing with alchemy (that's when I bought mine). That said, I think 1M was this highest I've seen them go for and sub-500K is more typical. I'd guess you could move 1-2/month inititially, but the market would dry up pretty quick further dropping their value.
