Player Shops?

I have a playershop in Ta'Vaalor and in Four Winds and am thinking of selling them both.

Ta'Vaalor room 12 (lich 10450)

and Four Winds room 7 (lich 12262)

Can I get some good advice on pricing? Hoping to post them tonight!

Honestly not sure what a fair price would be, and since I wanna buy yer FWI shop don't wanna try and offer a appraisal. That said I would pay 14 million for the FWI shop or cash of equal value, so don't sell for less than that. :yes:
