TWO NEW COMBAT MANEUVERS!

Two more new maneuvers for Hot Summer Nights have been released! Weapon Specialization and Spin Attack are now available to learn through the Combat Maneuver Lists. Access to the Spin Attack combat maneuver is also available through the Warrior Tricks guild skill. Please see CMAN HELP WSPEC and CMAN HELP SATTACK for more information.

Neat thing about Wspec: It tells you the base of the weapon in your hand.

any other real benifits to it?

Training in warrior tricks is now actually effective.

You snarl aggressively and take a spinning leap towards the rolton.
You swing a monir-hafted golvern morning star at a rolton!
AS: +187 vs DS: +58 with AvD: +33 + d100 roll: +66 = +228
... and hit for 89 points of damage!
Awesome shot shatters spine and punctures lung!
The rolton collapses to the ground, emits a final bleat, and dies.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

AS: +178 vs DS: +48 with AvD: +33 + d100 roll: +78 = +241
... and hit for 85 points of damage!
Lucky shot severs right hand and sends it flying.
The rolton bleats loudly as he slumps to the ground and cradles his wounded right hoof.
The rolton lets out a final agonized bleat and dies.
Roundtime: 5 sec.

I think there's a percentage bonus to AS - spells.

I got a much bigger AS bonus when offensive.

Hot fucking damn, the first CMAN for bards that is more than a novelty.

+15 AS = not bad
21 SP a pop = Pallon*

uh, the stamina points differ on what weapon you are using just like they do with Qs.

If you are a warrior and not using feint you need to start.

Made even more effective by sattack now.

Maybe they could 1 up it by making spit useful, in a non-RP sense... hmmmm

It is +2 per rank or is it +2 once you have 5 ranks in wspec1?

+2 per rank.

Guess my warrior is going to master that for polearms then. Thanks.

By weapon type, they mean weapon base. Either that or the in-game messaging while using wspec is incredibly misleading.

I see that there is wspec2 and wspec3 can I learn wspec1,2,&3 and have them all for the same weapon type giving a +30 bonus to said weapon type? Or does each wspec have to go towards a different weapon?
