Neimanz had a +14 orb for 4m that I believe did not sell. Maybe start at 2?

Preciate it. I don't need it (the item or the orb), so just gonna 1-coin it.

The problem with a lot of orbs like that is that it will probably cost a fair bit to make it into an orb in the first place. I orbed a +19 health point item and it cost me something like 2m just to orb it... which doesn't speak well to the recharging cost. In hindsight it was probably a waste of coins. I figured I'd stick it in a set of tank-plate.
