Makes one think..after working so hard to phase out C++ from GS..why do they want C++ programers?

Yes, but with all the trouble they had with C++ in their other games..you'd think they would aim to kill those troubles right from the start.

My guess is that C++ is better suited to HJ.

<< IFE Games >>

Doesn't this stand for Interactive Fiction Engine that runs their text based games?
C++ is the strongest programming language out there. If you can program in C then you can adapt to just about any other object oriented language with a little work. Can't imagine why they'd want to use anything else anyways....

They showed some HJ stuff at Simucon. Graphics generally make me queasy, but I must say, the grass looked real. So ... whatever it's worth to you.
