Those are good estimates there.

You should expect atleast 15, can definitely get that. if you can get 18, that's a pretty good solid deal. with alot of patience and good timing it's possible to get 20, but i think that's absolutely the max anyone would pay for.

18 is probably the most it'll fetch if you choose to sell it now or during droughtman and not until after fixskill until you can possibly get up to 20 for it.
