Annual Fix Skills

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this question, and it's probably retarted...but can your annual fix skills be turned into a potion? I guess I'm wondering where people get these potions from that they are selling.

No. They get the potions from the adv. Guild rewards.

You can't turn them in to a potion you can only use them on your character. You can get a fixskills potion to give to another character or sell via the adventurer's guild using bounty points. http://www.krakiipedia.org/wiki/Adventurer%27s_Guild

Annual fix skills are different.

The potions come from the Adventurer's Guild. Redeem 250K bounty points for one.

Nope... the fixskill (and fixstat) potions are available for purchase through the Adventurer's Guild, with bounty points. Go to the Treasure Master at your local branch of the Adv. Guild, and ORDER. The fixskill potion is number 7, the fixstat potion is number 8.
