I just do not simply have time to play, but because I own a private residence that I must pay rent on, I cannot cancel my account. So, I have an idea.

I will rent my private property for 75k silvers, plus 15 dollars PayPal a month. That is the cost of rent plus the account. You will get 2 keys.

The private property is the 2 room Landing Garden Cottage. It has a lockable shareable locker inside that can be accessed by anyone with a key, it holds 50 items, as well as a credenza that can hold about 20 items or so on top. It is a regular node, familiars and locates are blocked. It has a bed and a couch, and a swing outside. The door locks from the inside and out and is considered a private room. I will include my Lich mapmap script for getting to and from.

If this sounds like something someone would be interested in, let me know.

It is a regular node

That's really awesome, and rare for a private residence.

What happens when/if you return?

>sense
You study your surroundings and use your keen knowledge of the arcane. It quickly becomes evident that this room is not a magical workshop.

You sense a convergence in the flows of essence and gather that this place must be a natural earthnode.
You do not detect the distinct harmonies of a mana pool.

When I return, I'd give a 30 days notice.

Would you do GOA instead of Paypal? That way it would ensure that the account stays open?

Just took a tour of the place, it's nice, just not fitting for my character's style.

Neat though none the less

Final question, any thoughts on your foreseeable comeback?

I can say with certainty it will be more than a year. In fact I would make a 1 year lease, so that you would have the house for a year whether I came back or not. In all likelihood it would be closer to 2 years when school is done.

[Wehnimer's, Courtyard]
A small courtyard is bordered on all sides by a high wooden wall. Ivy covers much of it, the dark green leaves creating a dense cover which blocks out almost all of the noise from Wehnimer's busy streets. Flagstones are set into a path passing under a lattice arch, which offers an avenue out of the picturesque enclosure. You also see a rent box and a wooden gate framed by a high wall covered with ivy.

[Flagstone Terrace]
A flagstone terrace is ringed with tall trees and beds of flowers, each competing to outshine the others with an abundance of blooms. The walk meanders, from the tall wall with its inset gate, to a shingle-clad cottage. The dwelling is settled into its array of gardens like a jewel, the trees overhead dappling its curved roofline with shade and keeping the interior cool and comfortable. A deep violet door opens into the cottage. You also see a wooden gate framed by a high wall covered with ivy and an intricately carved tree swing.

[Garden Cottage]
The walls of the cottage seem to be a welcoming shade of pale blue at first glance. Then, curiously, as if the light streaming into the expansive windows has changed at the whim of a drifting cloud, the walls shift in tone and appear more of a rich shade of indigo than blue. A hand-painted mural covers the entire back wall. Against a wall sits a credenza, framed by windows which offer a view of the gardens and trees outside. You also see a carved teak credenza with some stuff on it, a dark leather segmented couch and a hall leading to the back of the cottage.

[Garden Cottage, Bedroom]
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable-sized bed crafted of sturdy tanik. A soft patchwork quilt covers the bed, sewn in a variety of colorful fabrics. White linen curtains billow gracefully at the open windows in the pleasant breeze, carrying in the clean smell of a stand of pines outside the room. A heavy, bronze-accented trunk sits at the bed's foot, while a plush indigo rug covers the plank floor. You also see a hall leading into the front of the cottage.
Obvious exits: none

On the teak credenza you see a bottle of fine burgundy wine, a jar of oatmeal raisin cookies, a plate of tiny cucumber sandwiches, a tureen of barley soup, an oval dish of roast beef sandwiches, a keg of rich amber bock beer and a pitcher of icy spring water.
