the Tempered Heavy Greataxes tend to go for 3-4 million, 4x HCW, I'd put the price on that one around 1-2 million on the top end.

I'd say the ballpark for a 4x hcw is 10mil give or take up to 3m depending on the seller/buyer... But for a 2x the price is still only going to be around 2m. When you start going into the lower enchants a mithril claidhmore makes stuff less desirable unless its like mcw or something. That being said I'd be willing to offer 1m for it just to take it off your hands as I have no real need for it

The second thread on the search for a "Tempered Heavy Greataxe" was buckwheet's that sold on a BO of 3.5 million. Specie had another also, same axe, for 6 mil OBO. It never sold.

That was then this is now... Two handers are growing in popularity and if I was in the market for something nice but not breaking the bank id drop 10m on a heavy tempered greataxe. People always bring up the fhat after argument cause those usually go for around 10m and have a bigger market but people dont realize there are quite a few more of them out there as the htg's rarely pop up anymore... But it's beside the point as this thread is asking about a 2x

You can buy a 2x claidhmore for 7.5 million right now, granted you're gaining some DF with the axe, same RT, and losing 30 points of weighting.

I'll keep it for a million coins. It's just something I got in a cross-trade a longass time ago. It's ok if I need it. The temporary +20 axe I have is more weighted, I think. I have four THW users so am just going to keep it.
For some reason, 6x full is not coming up since I started asking...harder to get armor than weapons, I gather?

fulls are just a really popular armor as many many casters use it... I have a set of 6x full but Im only willing to trade em out for 6-7x brig (+coin for 7x)
