This brought back a lot of fond memories.

That makes me so excited to think all of my dick bosses that went to Dartmouth had to do all that dehumanizing shit. Hooray to vomit-eating gateways that the leaders of our democracy must pass through!

It's odd that I chose West Point over Dartmouth and got hazed less at West Point.

"Delta Kappa Epsilon paraded outside the Yale campus chanting, "No means yes! Yes means anal!""

"Zeta Psi, a house that was "de-recognized" by the college for 10 years after it circulated a newsletter in which some of the brothers promised to reveal "patented date-rape techniques."

You stay classy, Ivy League.

I'd like to say Penn didn't have these issues so much, but then again, a frat got de-recognized by the college there my senior year, and they lost their house. I forget why though, but I know alcohol was involved.

I implore you to read further. Those guys end up doing this thing where they just vomit on each other all the time cause it means they're brothers.

Also this guy compares sticking your finger down your frat brother's throat (pulling his trigger) to little kittens licking each other. "Pure love" he says! Then Dartmouth is planning on charging the whistleblower with hazing but no one else. It's my favorite article in a long time.

"Everyone in the house was encouraged to vomit on each other, but the act of actually vomiting on another individual happened only rarely."

This whole article is why I was a GDI.

This is why Boston College hasn't had frats (or sororities) since the 80s. Irish Catholic university, in Boston, there was waay too much shit going on.

I read a good portion of that I feel a bit queezy. Fuck that. I'd punch someone in the face if they told me to do half that shit

ahhahhahhahahahhahha that's awesome. One time I had a dick boss that went to Columbia, she wouldn't do any of the Ivy League dehumanizing shit I wanted her to.

They called it vomlet! Here's my favorite vomlet quotes:

Hazing left its mark on some of Lohse's brothers; one confided to Lohse that he had sought counseling, haunted by traumas like vomlet.

Lohse tried to calm the brother down. "Do you think all the stuff the house did, like the vomlet, was good?" he asked. "Or beneficial?"

The brother became even more enraged. "I ate the vomlet!" he yelled. "I made other pledges eat it! That's brotherhood!"

I think for me the most sobering part was when most of the enamel on his teeth was gone because he'd vomited so many times.

I read that as oatmeal and for some reason, vomit omelet is marginally better.

First the JUG post and now this?

BC grad & Jesuit prep school in CT. And drinking/partying didn't miss a step without frats.

I don't think he's anti drinking/partying. Just creepy hazing.

Oh, I know, just agreeing with him.

I visited friends at other schools that had frats, I don't think I missed anything - well, maybe fun times like drinking off a brother's ass crack.

Off a hot girl's, sure.

Canisius H.S. in Buffalo, then BC '03 (and BC Law '09, lol).

That's 11, yes, 11 years of Jesuit education.

And yes, there was never a lack of partying at BC.
