Figure it's a longshot, but anyone sitting on a property deed or house that they would considering moving for the right price?
Doesn't have to be a workshop and don't care too much where it is.

This has nothing to do with the subject but is your avatar the map from Dragon Warrior I? I feel like something clicked in my brain as soon as I saw it.

Hah, I loved that game.
(I recall a special edition from EGM or something that came with a huge printed map of the world. I know, What. A. Geek.)

Are you looking for just a premium home or did you want one of the ultra exclusive properties?
I didn't think the properties could technically change hands. They could give you the key and just run around the place but they would still need to pay down the monthly rent, unless I'm mistaken.

I was looking for a unique property, not a home.
Wasn't sure if someone had an unclaimed deed from a DM run or something else. I think there are one or two deeds/certificates gathering dust in PlayerShops and was wondering if I could shake one free with the right offer. No clue if the established properties are transferrable. Good point.

The properties can't be transferred. Any certificate laying around is likely worthless.

Yeah, there was a relatively short redemption period for the certificates from the recent pay event runs.

You can hope there is a property in new DM feeder. Though, unless they built new ones, you are likely going to end up with a home in Zul or Vaalor. Maybe Cysaegir?

That new DM feeder sounded like it was going to be a copy/paste job to me.

Thanks guys. Appreciate the information on this.
I'll start saving up for the next event.

I will say this. As an owner of one, (Talon Redoubt up near Pinefar), they are awesome if they are in a location where you can regularly stop by. Since I mostly hunt the rift, Talon Redoubt was perfect for me.
If you do end up with an opportunity to bid on one, keep in mind the old real estate addage, "location, location, location." Except in this case the location is all about you, not the market. Don't waste your coins bidding on a property somewhere you're never going to spend any time. Or, bid on a boat or an airship, if that ever happens again!

I love my place in the landing, of course like everything else a deed for a prime area would cost rather alot more then one in say RR
