I won this in one of Bazzelwyn's raffles at this past EG. I believe you need to be 63 to hold it. It started at over 100 pounds but is max light at 38 pounds now. It's +10 to AS and +10 to DS.

First, congrats to both the seller and buyer on this.

I'm posting here because I know someone more familar with the mechanics of this item can better explain to me..

How is this item worth so much? At first glance, I could see the immediete appeal in zelnorn that adds to both AS and DS. It seems it will be rather difficult to get this to the max potential of 5x/5x. From a purely mechanics stand point, you could get some fusion armor high enchanted and throw on some enhanisves to raise your AS a good ammount. Plus you can later add padding or flares. Would that not be more cost effective? Do people desire Zelnorn more for the collectability? I wish the GMs allowed for this to go up to 10x on both.

If you've maxed out your AS via enhancives this is one of the few ways to permanently raise it.
